School Loop is a parent, teacher and student communication and collaboration tool which allows everyone to stay in 'the loop' with all of a student's assignments and grades.

• Students and Parents receive a daily e-mail with their assignments.
• Teachers receive a daily e-mail reminding them to post assignments to the School Loop system.
• Parents and Students can access their grades in real-time, allowing everyone to be up to date on a student's progress and avoid the 'last second crunch' before the end of the semester or grading period.
• Teachers and counselors can communicate and collaborate regarding students or special projects.

All of the SMUHSD schools have School Loop access. Accounts are created by each site's Technology Coordinator. All teachers automatically have an account and will receive daily e-mails. Parents and students need to sign up for School Loop access. Signing up for School Loop is easy, if you have parents that would like to sign up, you can refer them to the main page for their school site. They can also download the .pdf here to help them in the sign up process.
