SASI - SMUHSD Technology Support
The San Mateo Union High School District uses the SASI (School Administrative Student Information) system to maintain a database of all student data.
- SASI for teachers is set up as “view only” which means that teachers can not make changes directly to the database but only have viewing privileges.

- SASI is updated daily, so the data that is being viewed is the previous day’s data.

- Teachers’ access to SASI is based on an individual teacher’s needs and required access levels. Therefore, general ed. teachers will not have viewing rights to discipline files, health files, scheduling, or section placement information. Teachers will also not be able to create queries or filters, which are advanced sorting methods within SASI.

- SASI times out and logs out automatically if not being used for more than a few minutes.
