- a. Gives teachers access to a student’s address and phone number.
- b. Identifies student’s parents or guardian.
- c. If student’s name appears on the header with parenthesis (Name) than the student is no longer an active student in the system.
- d. Identifies student’s counselor
- e. Identifies ESL language status in the district: E= Native English Speaker, M= Mainstreamed, L=ELD 3-4, and N= ELD1-2

- a. “Comp Ed” Identifies whether a student is enrolled or has taken a reading support class
- b. Identifies feeder school.

2. Parents Atom -

- a. Provides contact info and employment descriptions regarding student’s parents/ guardians

3. Phone Atom -

- a. Provides all student contact numbers provided from Emergency card and enrollment.

4. Classes Atom -

- a. Shows student’s specific term schedule
- b. Lists the student’s start date for a particular class.
- c. Click the classes drop down menu twice and you will get to a history data field that will let you see when a student was dropped from your class.
- d. Make sure to specify the term you are interested in viewing.

5. Period Attendance Atom -

- a. Show’s attendance by period
- b. Reveals the excuses for absences and gives running total of excuse types.
- c. Grayed out sections refer to “not at school.”
- d. Viewing Options include looking at the entire year or days of activity.

6. Classes Attendance Atom -

- a. Organizes absences by class.

7. Grades Atom -

- a. Showing All Data option allows teachers to see reason codes with student grades
- b. Show marks only option allows teachers to see only the grades.
- c. GPA is current and is based on the last 6 weeks completed.

8. Class Grades Atom -

a. Grades are organized by section or teacher.
b. Shows all class grades.

9. Course History Atom -

Course History Tab

- a. Allows teacher to look at all four years of a student’s course history.
- b. Columns can be sorted by double-clicking the columns heading.
- c. Three terms are listed: 1=Fall, 2=Spring, and 3=Summer

Academic Summary Tab

- a. Shows current GPA
- b. Weighted means student has completed AP or Honors classes
- c. Student ranking only occurs three times a year.

Credit Summary Tab

- a. Shows student’s required and achieved credits

Narrative Comments Tab

- a. Lists special comments added by registrars at time of enrollment.
