Finding out a student’s schedule and other teachers-

- 2. Once you have found the student, click on the Classes atom alias and SASI automatically jumps to that student’s class schedule and also listed are the teachers who share that student.

- 3. To clear a record and search for someone else, click on the magnifying glass with the letter “F” and the record will clear and be ready for a new name.

Find a Section’s Grades by Teacher
- 1. Using the Class Grades alias on the toolbar, click into the teacher field at the top of the record field.
- 2. Type in a teacher’s last name and hit return.
- 3. Make sure to designate what term you are interested in.
NOTE: An alternate way is to double click a student’s name on a record and then drag it onto the atom that you need information from, it will open up directly with that student’s information. This also works for section and teacher information.

View a Student’s Course History and GPA

- 1. Click on the Course History alias on the toolbar and in the name field type in the student’s last name.
- 2. Use the arrow keys to navigate between students with the last name.
- 3. Once you’ve found the student, click on the Academic Summary Tab for their current GPA.

Print out a Student’s Phone Numbers
- 1. Click on the Phone alias on the toolbar, and in the last name field, type in the student’s name.
- 2. Use the arrow keys to locate the correct student.
- 3. Go to the File drop down menu on the Menu Bar located horizontally across the top of the screen.
- 4. Select Print and follow the print directions.

Check a Student’s Language Designation
- 1. Click on the Student alias on the toolbar and type in the student’s last name and navigate to the correct student.
- 2. Click on the 3rd Tab and look down at the language field on the record.
